    I too think that you should start with adjusting nicotine levels. Up or down. Headaches are a prime symptom of nicotine withdrawal as well as of too much nicotine. Experiment both ways since the headache could be due to either end of the spectrum.

    Wow! I would suggest some patience on your part. Some of these suppliers run a business and hold additional jobs. Secondly, your thread title implies that you have a complaint with them. For heaven sake you might want to give them a bit of a chance.
