I ordered the parts to build 2 5V mods from Mad Vapes, and unfortunately, one of the battery boxes came with a corner broken off of it. I sent an e-mail in, and within 2 hours they had responded saying they would send me a new one to replace the broken one. Great CS and expedient service!
