Some of my G4 carto's cannot reach the screw and fail to fire. The carto's work fine on two other 510 devices.

The short knurled button doesn't fit in the GGTB properly, if it is screwed all the way in, the GGTB fires all the time and the button cannot be pressed down. If I unscrew it about 1mm, it works ok but it is very loose. Is there a way to adjust it? Or do we need to use a washer?
