Vaping vertigo, spaced out feeling (Solved, sort of)

So when I started vaping last year it made me incredibly dizzy, gave me vertigo and the feeling of being stoned. I am a smoker of 20 years. After I stopped vaping, the effects lasted for almost a month, which is the weirdest part. I searched forums going all the way back to 2009. This seems to...

    Vaping nicotine issue

I tried the salts and i had the same bad reaction to them. It seems 1.5mg nic is the sweet spot for me. I’d still like to know the cause.

it’s a 1.5 pre made freebase. I don't think I could vape it continuously but it’s enough that I don’t need a cigarette. I think with salts being stronger it wouldn’t be recommended. I’ll be trying a diy 1mg next to see if I can vape for longer

    Vaping nicotine issue

My main issue seems to be solved using 1.5mg nic. I will DIY myself some 1mg to see if I can vape full on this way. But yeah havent needed a ciggie for almost 3 hours now. Took almost 3 months of the process of elimination. Reading forum posts going back to 2012. Finally found a solution but not...

yeah the calculator is good, both gave me the same results so thank you very much for your help. I have a junior doctor from abroad who told me that salt nic is made of a different composition but since it’s higher in strength I’m not so sure it would make a difference. but I’ll update here...

    Vaping nicotine issue

Ok so ordered some 1.5mg liquid and also a shortfill with a 18mg nic. You reckon 2.5ml of nic in the shortfill. Does that make 1mg or 1.5mg nic?

    Vaping nicotine issue

well the main problem is that I still love smoking, so vaping was the perfect alternative for me. I dislike chewing gum also :/ At least I can vape without nicotine in the worst case. So I can get some sort of throat hit from pg maybe that will suffice eventually

    Vaping nicotine issue

Yeah it’s quite annoying since I’m a smoker. And the doctors have been no help pointing me in a direction to find a cause or solution

    Vaping nicotine issue

Hey, I think I said in my original post that I have tried pure vg and pure pg, I tried flavourless also. This is how I discovered it was the nicotine through a matter of elimination. I think the only thing left is to try and make 1.5mg or 1mg nic

All different ones. I’m not sure it matters as I’ve tried all ratios without nic and no negative side effects

    Vaping nicotine issue

yeah I bought some salt nic which didn’t work either so next I’ll be trying in very small doses. But if the dose it too small I’ll end up wanting a cigarette anyway so it’s not great

    Vaping nicotine issue

Hi, I’m using the 18mg nic to add to the 50ml bottle. To make it 3mg. That’s according to the instructions. Or is that too much?

    Vaping nicotine issue

I think my only option left is to put very small amounts of nic in the eliquid and work my way up. I do make sure I shake it for a solid 5 minutes. I've even tried airing it out for an hour or so. When I first starting vaping, I stopped smoking entirely for a week, so i'm certain it is not duel...
