The Italian online shop is already sending me a new Aegis solo ! They just asked for a short video where I shown that is not turning on! Now I would like to know how to fix the mod that is not working, for example replacing the electronics or modifying the it.

You are right, and in fact I tried every combination (holding buttons, with/without battery, different cord, different batteries, different laptop, running the software as admin) but it doesn’t work! Tomorrrow I am trying again just to don’t give up this issue but I am more and more suspicious...

Thanks a lot for that , it was what I did from the first attempt; I tried few times but it doesn’t work :( Seems the mod is not responding to the update. It’s recognized by my laptop and by the software, it shows that the firmware update is successful but the mod doesn’t turn on... my last hope...

I was referring to the lock symbol in the coil ohm value not on how to lock the watts +/- setup in power mode. What you told is how to lock the +/- buttons only, if I well understood.

Downloads In the Aegis solo panel, firmware download. Then I unzip the file, connected the mod by the original USB cable to the laptop and run the software, I chose the firmware file and then start. I waited till it shown successful update message and then unplug it. After that it doesn’t turn...

Indeed seems there’s nothing different between these two versions... the worst point is nothing seems working to make alive gain my mod :( Now I have to bring to the bed my daughter then I will try again, I don’t want to give up!

Ciao and thanks for the suggestion. I tried also to turn on the mod without battery and atom but it doesn’t work :( Same to update with older, original and newest firmware, always not turning on ... The thing that sounds strange is that the mod is recognized only in zone of my two windows...

I will be really happy to share this info, in case I will be able to unbrick it! It’s my first mod and I am really satisfied of it. Let’s see if their support can help me. This is my last attempt to update firmware :)
