In the past (years ago) I have had good experience with them. I would never expect any vendor to offer specific techno advice anyway. You didn't mention a specific issue with their service so I don't know what you were expecting. It's kind of like ordering a water pump from rock auto parts and...

That is really good to know... mostly for people new to DIY. So much easier to get started that way. I might try some too.

Might be better off mixing your own strawberry and banana flavors. Can't help with strawberry (I'm a bit "blind" which sucks because I love them IRL) If you don't feel comfortable vaping what you have, don't throw it out... use it for foods and drinks. I do love WF banana puree.
