Well here’s the update. I have been dual using this past month because I still had strong cravings. I was vaping 6 mg of nic so I decided today to go up to 12 mg. Hopefully it will help me get completely away from the cigs. I vape direct lung. Any advice would be appreciated!

Just signed up! Not new to vaping but new to this site. I am attempting to get ride of the cigs permanently by vaping. Right now I am working on 3 days without them I’m using a Smok rpm 80 and have a pick 75 as a backup. Any advice anyone may have I would graciously accept!
