    To solder or not to solder?

    Yes you can re-solder the white wire back to the top. This is a common thing to happen to the CVI. when re-screwing the top back on spin in a counter clockwise about 3 or 4 turns before screwing it back on. and you should be golden. and your right you can't really break it anymore. lol
