There is so much information here it leaves you scratching your head sometimes. I have never been a heaavy smoker usually but if there's something crazy going on I can find myself with an empty pak real fast. Thats what I find hard to work out of

from what I have read, most are able to quit the smokes but few seem to be able to stop vaping completely. It would be great to have some real numbers tho.
