From what I think I read, you have gotten alot of vapemail lately? Maybe there is a postal worker who also vapes and is wanting some free vape equipment. It wouldn't take much to get an idea of what may be in the packages by looking at the originating address.

I have a few REOs. The last two were from the blemished ones. Still work just as good and I saved a few bucks. I had one Grand that was stepped on by one of my horses, still works great. You just can't destroy them.

My work place used to have smoking rooms. Now they are tobacco free. That includes the vaping too. At least it is easier to hide a few vapes than a few drags.

I am in the same area, I have not found anything locally except overpriced kits at the tobacco shops.
