P3: What would you prefer? Segmented or telescopic?

Segmented. Telescopic always brings the risk of over tightening. If you snug tighten, you are over compressing the spring and thug can put too much force on the PCB. Sigelei's are infamous for this. Segmented, as much of a PITA it is taking tube sections in and out, always ensures that...

Is Provape in danger of becoming like Blackberry?

Thank you all for the correction.... Never too old to learn.

Is Provape in danger of becoming like Blackberry?

The MVP does lag, but you won't get the "burnt" taste or any other side effects of PWM because the MVP doesn't use it. That's because the MVP does not use step up Voltage regulation (from what I understand). If you look at the actual battery in one, it appears that the device actually...

MVP Owners Group-into the next generation…

Even 32 Gauge Kanthal on a standard 3/4 wrap in a basic ekowool Navy Nest gives about 1.8 ohms and It lasts for months. I haven't replaced my coil in over two months. I guess now Rayon is the new cotton.....

Why do VW devices even exist?

Bottom line guys, is we vape for taste. And that can be achievable with both VV and VW. Here is where VW is a bit easier. Back when I was using Kanger ProTanks, I would get coils rated at 2.5 ohms. Problem was, they rarely scoped out to 2.5. In fact, they would deviate between 2.3 to 2.8...

    P3: Beta Tester Reviews

I know what you mean dude. Twigs and Berries. I'm laughing to the point of tears at your comment, but seriously, they gotta modify that logo somehow. It's haunting me....

I kind of liked the whole P3 logo until someone suggested you look at it sideways and .....ahem... Now all I see is twigs and berries....

MVP Owners Group-into the next generation…

Yeah I took my 2 MVP's out and stretched their legs a bit. I love them for travelling because you don't need to futz with chargers, and extra batteries and all that jazz. They fire my Kayfuns brilliantly and despite owning two ProVari's I still consider the MVP2 the best bang for your buck in...

What Color Mini's are Out There

It doesn't even have to be Zenkote. The Emerald green isn't Zenkote. I just want a nice deep blue that "sparkles" in the sunlight like the emerald green does.....

Life-span of an MVP V2 battery?

Remember these are "full discharge" cycles. The MVP does not allow you to do a full discharge cycle, it forces a recharge way before cell voltage drops to 3.0 which is considered by the industry to be fully discharged. Also, after the "rated" number of charges the battery is still capable of...

MVP Owners Group-into the next generation…

I hang out mostly in the ProVape forum since I have been officially labeled a turncoat by some of the haters.... (grin). I did have to comment on some statements some guy said about my E-LVT review. He was attacking my integrity which I thought was a little out of line, especially since the...

MVP Owners Group-into the next generation…

Depends on the topper. With Kanger BCC's like a Protank Mini or Protank 2, you are right. 7 watts instantly burned the juice due to the small coil and even smaller wick. However a Kayfun with a nice Ekowool nest or a Microcoil around bleached cotton and you can handle 11 watts with no issue...

    Official ProVari 3 Thread - P3

Hey.....I have MVP's as well and I resemble that remark... They don't get as much love as they used to (and deserve) but I still take out R2-D2 and C3PO for a spin now and then. I don't hesitate recommending either to any vaper. The MVP2 is a liberating experience when you travel. It's...

Finally adding a mini to the stable...

I Love the mini. It's my daily driver, paired with my Kayfun 3.1 ES clone filled with my all day e-juice. I use the extension cap on it, and it's a perfect size for me, just a shade shorter than my Standard. Although right now my 18490's are charging so I'm currently vaping it with an...

What Color Mini's are Out There

All of us would like to thank Lizziebith for personally providing what must have been over 90% of the R&D budget for the P3 based on her purchases alone. We Salute You. :toast: The Blue is a "discontinued" color. You'll only find one in the classies or Craigslist, or perhaps at a B&M that has...
