As a new DIY 'er and tobacco vaper, I have had my best luck following this forum:http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/388751-just-tobacco-no-perfume-no-caramel-no-vanilla-no-tba.html
You may need to start toward the beginning. But I have had success with this info here. It will...
Have not recieved mine either but here is a link to the forum. Taifun GT- incorrect description - chrome plated brass parts: FastTech Forums
After reading thru all these pages I was surprized no one seemed to be using the Fasttech forums.
Just was reading the Forums from Fasttech and many are saying the main deck is chrome-plated brass, which could be a problem. Also was advertized as SS and Polycarbonate.
I do not want chrome plated brass internally in my atty's. Lot of complaining going on at Fasttech forums.
I wrapped my Hana with a jwrap and then very carefully I found the seem where the 2 pieces come together. With a razor I just cut along the seem and can now take the back off.
I took of the piece on the top because it gets thin when you cut it and lifts up on the top. It looks good without the...
No, I have not tried those yet.
I am trying a new Hybrid Wick called Twick that is made from Ecowool with two pieces of organic cotton threaded thru the ecowool.
The idea behind it is you get the protection of ecowool on the outside and the wicking and flavor of cotton on the inside.
It does...
My Favorite right now is the Kayfun 3.1 I like a build around 2.0 ohm at vape at about 8.6 watts.
My last build on the Kayfun 3.1 came in at 1.2 ohm and I had to boost up to10.2watts.
Anything I have used from Evods to RSST perform better for me on the Hana than any other device.
the vape is...
I know this is a GG thread but there seems to be more info here than anywhere else I looked.
Being a bit off topic, would you recommend using these in a DNA 20 Mod using the DNA built in charger.
Would there be any advantage over say a CGR other than higher Mah on the NCR18650PD.
I would hate to...
Not using a cottonball, but under that way of thinking Iam using a hybrid wick called "Twick" that I bought on Ebay.
IT is 3mm eckowool that has an Organic Cotton Wick inserted in the otherwise hollow Eckowool.
The idea is that the Eckowool outside keeps the superb wicking cotton yarn from...
Just received the "Twik" and set it up,I must say I do like it alot.
Forgot to boil it first tho.
Will update as I use it more as to how it works and how durable it is.
First impressions is that is better than regular EckoWool....Much better...
Okay, I see the Kayfun Lite and I see the Russian ...
Anyone know the main difference between the two?

Here are some pictures I took showing what I mean:
This is using XC116 with flat ribbon wire. It came out to .75ohms .
I put it on a mechanical and it blows clouds but I am not sure I want to go that low in ohms.
I'm afraid I might melt the insulators in the Kayfun and I dont have any spares...
I use this setup too with XC116c ceramic and it has been the best setup I have found for me. Very easy setup and fantastic Vape,TH and Flavor.
I do it slightly different in that I have the edge of the wick directly over the fluid channel. I dont put the twist in the coil I put it between the...
Something I found that comes in real handy for many things in vaping is an Ultra Sonic cleaner. It is great for cleaning RBA's ,drip tips, clearomisers and you can even put fresh e-juice in one and help with the steeping process. They can be had for under $30.00 and clean better than anything else...
I believe it is 18 gauge ,but at 40 cents a piece I would get a couple 16 and 18 to be safe.
Here is the cheapest I have found yet. Just make sure you get a luer-lock syringe or bottle to go with it...
I would also check to see that you have every O-ring in place. Someone had a similar problem as you and found he was missing an O-ring causing it to leak.
