Does anyone know if the a riva 510 carto will work with an eGo?

So i found a swedish supplier, alltho he only has ....ty things and expensive. but this ecig costs 26$ http://www.elcigg.se/images/ec0112-a.jpg So now id like to know if anyone has a better option for 26$ that i could buy.
