I would have to say, yes, this is normal. There are very few juices that taste like any kind of flavor before they're steeped. You will get the PG and VG tastes, but not much flavor. And you will get alot of vapor either way. And where are these BIG bottle experts right now lol?

My cappuccino smooth was great steeped at 1 week, but it in 10ml bottles. When I try new flavors, I generally try them in the smaller bottles 1st, then order the larger ones that I love. I also do not uncork my bottles while steeping. I shake them a few times a day, but I did take the caps off...
