Generally means that whatever tank/atty/carto or whatever you have on it is fried. Try a new one.

Temp, band-aid fix that may work - wrap some teflon plumbers tape around your atty threads. Just make sure you're not obstructing the electrical contact bits. I had a similar issue and it did the trick for me.

Didn't take anything apart. Just removed the battery. If you look in the tube and hit the switch you can see it in there moving. I just aimed the straw right on top of it and gave it a couple blasts and let dry.

According to a Busardo video - the Chrome Lavatube V2 from Young June (not the L Rider model) does this. The battery shuts down when it doesn't have enough juice to deliver the right voltage. Kits (the tube with 2 batts, charger, and a couple little goodies) can be had for around $75.
