One note about the threading, now that I've had some time with these. The trick seems to be to not fully tighten either the carto or the cone at first, but to gradually screw each down a bit at a time, alternating. That seems to prevent either from ever binding.

I have a smaller Quantum (the eco?) from a mall kiosk, and while it performed pretty well at first, the batteries were unreliable and started putting out low vapor pretty quickly. I moved up to a 510 and was completely satisfied. So spend that $40 on a 510 kit and some cartos.

Just note that some "wall warts" don't have the amperage to drive a passthrough. My iPhone one seems to always work, and I think it's rated about 1 amp. Many chargers are half that, and do not work. Check the specs on the passthrough to see what amperage is required. Madvapes, incidentally...
