Has anyone experienced the whole inside works of the Atty needing to be pushed down inside the casing. Noticed it had started to move to the top and pushed it down. Seems to be working fine. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and just how safe the atty is to continue to use.

I am going to try the fluval when I can find it. No pet stores in my town so go in search. Thought walsmart might have some in there fish section, but to no avail. They had a weird filter looking thing that said it had fluval material but it didn't look right and was not foam. Thanks for the help.

Has anyone tried to use the filler material from a dead carto as filler for there cartridge? Would this be a good material to use? Subject probably been covered, but could not find.
