    Nope. It is more commonly refered to as a sleeper coil (no idea why, or even why it needed a name to begin with.....) but its been around for a while and there are plenty of youtube videos with people building this way.

    The mod does, but it tweaked it such that the dripper doesnt actually sit all the way flush. I'm really liking that btw, the top cap of the mod never even gets warm.

    It meters out the same, and there is no give in the coil when I grab it with my tweezers, did I mention that I'm out of ribbon wire..... I appreciate the help, anyone else have any ideas?

    Is there any one site where I can get a battery, charger, drip tip, res wire, mesh, and decent juice? The juice part isnt as important seeing as how I'm probably going to be putting in another order at AVE anyways, but I still have yet to find a site with all of the others in stock.

    well I may make a telescoping version as well, I'll have to see how things go at the shop. I do like bottom buttons though, because no matter how the device is turned you can always push the button the same. PS: aren't you in the coop for the AFPV... it has a bottom button.

    I have pretty much decided to go either brushed or satin, and I assure you it will not be telescoping. it will be a tube mod that will use adjustable brass contacts to reduce rattling. I just don't really like the look of the telescoping mods.

    I feel obligated to mention that I have more friends who smoke who's parents did not than who's parents did. Many of my friends who's parents did smoke around them saw their parents struggle to kick the habit, and saw how they were slaves to it and decided that they never wanted to be like that.

    Buffing APV Technique

    If you have a drill, cordless or otherwise. you can buy a wire brush wheel for it and it works great. Just be sure to follow the 'grain' because it is really easy to make it look bad, especially with a scotch brite pad.
