I do think its strange how others are having a different experience than me. I have MOSTLY 50/50 juice, some of it is FSUSA juice and some of it is my own diy juice. I don't use any PGA or anything else that dilutes it or thins it out and I am just not having any issue whatsoever with the blank...

I just filled a used up grape pre-fill with my own diy fruit stripes gum juice and its AWESOME! (it is 50/50)

I have mostly 50/50 type juices and they're behaving fine for me, no burnt taste or anything and they seem to be wicking just fine. I do have the "newer" batches of blanks that the boxes are marked.

I'm not sure, but I thought about that as well and was going to ask just to have them replaced with the silver batteries. As I understand it, those don't have the coating at all.

Oh, I don't drip into them when using the maxxfusion, I am just basically using them as a mouthpiece. I take out the little rubbery cap on the carto and put my drip tip in. I don't know if they actually make it better or anything, but it seems that way to me. I like the way it feels better than...
