I actually have one now.. I doubt it's the vapor.. It could be from the increased blood flow of stopping smoking.. Gums hurt like hell for the past 3 days, bleeding when brushing/flossing, etc.. There's no reason to think the vapor is causing mouth ulcers.. Not even a high nicotine level...
