Irish Coffee from Flavor Jungle. The label says "Best at 18.67%." Is it just me or is that way too much flavor or is this typical. Anyone try mixing it at a lower percent?

It fits, fine. But has anybody ever got this combo to work? No matter what I do the mod can't detect the tank with the adapter installed. Any ideas?

It powers on but with a low battery warning and reads the batteries at 0%. No recent mod drops. Just started doing it. Tried various batteries and no go. All work and read fine in my back-up mod (also a Tesla).
