Real quick observation. Just noticed the other day that the delrin block that holds the striker plate and positive battery plate....is not delrin but wood. Is there any special maintenance that it needs?

Soooo, you can remove all parts besides the 510 connector correct? If so, how do you protect the 510 without removing it? I would be afraid of harming the gasket.

I had the very same concern with my lpReo and RM2 when I received them. Looks exactly the same. Rob and others assured me that it's completely normal. After getting used to it, it's a non-issue. Never any leaks and fires perfectly.
