Don't forget to use syringe to flush out the air channels. The draw is plenty airy as is. I have compared it to a different RDA that has an air hole of 5/64", and the stock Strata is actually a bit looser of a draw when it is wide open. My 5 second lung hits are not hot at all in my Ophion...

Chris, mine was the same. There were a few burrs on my threads and it only threaded on about half way down. Like David recommended above, just put a dab of Noalox (or similar) on the threads and work through the burrs. Once you get it on, it will thread easily from there on out.

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's the case. I took my time building the coil, and I made sure to set it as far out as possible. When I get home from work I'll throw the P+ together so that the trio will be complete.

It is definitely easier to first attach the coil on the positive post rather than starting with the ground post. I agree with you that the coil height will greatly affect vapor production. I have found that the vapor production is greatest when the coil sits right at the level of the deck...

In the coil pictured above, I used 26g Kanthal, 7 wraps around a 0.035" paper clip. I don't have a multimeter, but the resistance I calculated for that coil is in the 0.45 ohm range. That is quite a bit lower than I am used to (I generally vape around 0.9 ohms), but it actually vapes almost on...
