    What temp do you have it set at? I am using the BVC 1.8 at 18.5 watts with the temp set to 100C and I have no issue with burning cartos.

    I am having great difficulty inserting the BVC coil with the Billet Bridge attached through the bottom hole in the BB tank. Tried numerous tanks, new o-rings, more eliquid for more lubricant. I can insert it in some tanks, others, NFW! Anybody having this problem? Any tips out there?
