I got it to work, all I do is stick a toothpick in the battery, it's a bit ackward and I need two hands, and I'm sure I look completely stupid. But stupid is as stupid does, and it's getting me by until me new one arrives:)

As I said that battery is not pretty, all bent in all the corners, missing the plastic, I was prying so hard I thought it would blow up:) Sucker looks like my newfoundland got ahold of it:)

What colors are available??????? And no you don't owe me a battery, the stck/damaged battery was a bonus battery, shipped in the unit. I got the 3 sets of powerizers that I ordered & paid for, The one stuck in the unit I didn't pay for.

Well, I have requested a return authorization, AND ordered another buzz pro with 3 sets of batteries. Hopefully my new buzz pro gets here pretty quickly while my other is in for service. I would not have ordered another if I didn't just love it, it's fantastic when its working.

BP, ordered august of 2011. Has been dropped, worked after the dropage. Just quit working out of the blue????? Was vaping, put down for a couple minutes, picked back up to vape, nothing.
