This is a great tool! But having one issue with the last set of smoke tech dual coils that i purchased. They have a "flanged" bottom not allowing the carto to go all the way in. Is there a planned update? Or are "flanged" bottoms optional and just luck of the draw that I got a batch?

i busted the ceramic cup trying to get it in. do i have to order a ce2 and break it apart to get that cup? i had a ce2 given to me but trying to get the cup out of there I broke it also. any ideas?
