So I cleaned mine up pretty good under load with a 1ohm coil I get right at 2.5 volts on a fresh battery on both ZAUs. My Zag which I have never disassembled and cleaned I get 3.35. When u guys find a permanent fix please keep me in mind.

Mine are both basically brand-new and have the same issue. right at 1 volt less at the coil than there should be. Suuucks

Guys I need HELP!!!!!!! I'm getting a bad loss in power on both my ZAUs. My Zag and Mini are blazing with 3/4 wrap of 28g but both ZAUs are not firing near as hot with the exact same set up. Anyone here ran into this or know of a fix?

I'm having this same problem on both of mine. My zag hits like a beast but my zau is weak even with a 3 wrap of 28g. You ever find a fix?
