Yeah, it's the charger. The TR-001 trustfire chargers were infamous for that. I probably wouldn't be able to stand it. My suggestion would be to get a different charger.

Which tank you choose depends on what battery you want to put it on as well. If you're using a small battery (ego/riva/etc), I wouldn't get a large tank. It will not look right and can be cumbersome. I like HV and VV. Can't go back now. I've had a provari for almost a year now and I still love it. It's been a workhorse for me. I can understand it being a bit expensive, but it's a nice mod. I've also heard nothing but good things about the Buzz pro.

You could be using too high of an ohm rating on your attys/cartos. Your device is likely a 3.4-3.7V. If you use say...a 3.0ohm atomizer/cartomizer, you will get little vapor. A 1.8ohm would improve it considerably. Your atomizer could also be flooding. Too much juice on the coil won't allow...

Lower your nic and go outside! That's what I started doing when I first switched over a year ago. Within 2wks I could smell the trees and the earth again like before I smoked. It made being outside even more enjoyable. :)
