I'd certainly love to hear why I can't get a suitable response as to the unavailability of French Vanilla Tobacco juice or flavor extract in three months time? Yeah, I opened a ticket. My feedback is y'all are now too big for your britches, apparently.
I haven't seen this question asked. I assume there are independent laboratories that can perform nicotine % tests as well as chemical analysis of the content of liquids. What is a good resource to find these labs, and what types of certifications should they hold? Google gives me a zillion...
Rules and potentially libelous statements and the desire for the thread to remain open. Its not clear to me that such a statement will specifically break the rules or be libelous, but it has that potential.
Well, whats the problem? Because I don't think you'll necessarily have agreement on that.
Is it: How can we be sure that the nicotine concentration in our unflavored nic base is within a small margin of error what it is represented to be on the label?
I don't believe anyone said just as responsible. I believe I said we had a share of the blame, as in hey, perhaps we haven't been very vigilant about our own safety when we could have been more so.
We are talking about DIY folks here, right? Just like when you DIY fix your washing machine, you took responsibility for what happens. It might be just fine, but it might short out and kill your kid. You might not like it, but you pretty much own the responsibility.
You raise some good points. Police and court do criminal, this is a forum. Sloppy and dangerous may be happening. But, does it stop at suppliers? Doesn't everyone that did DIY without testing, including me, get a share of the blame? A lot of folks that do DIY share their juice....
Now...
Yeah, I understand, and now that I think about it maybe my second sentence doesn't necessarily make sense. Other suppliers who supply over 36 do advertise here, they just don't advertise those strengths.
Supplier approval is not endorsement, its just compliance with some rules and paying some cash. It probably would not make sense for a primary nic liquid base supplier to advertise here as there is a rule against them advertising over 36mg.
My apologies for being late and only reading part of the thread - I tried to find this already, really. Kurt, did you use a methodology for testing nicotine content similar to that published here at ECF by Dvap and\or the modified version by Þornbjörg in 2009?

Pfah. Everybody knows you don't think its the baddest vape monster ever. Most everybody at least. These 2AA size things are just the right size to me for running around. I've tried smaller (little sister) and its too small for my ape hands to be comfortable with. I don't get these 12-watt...
