Jist got my 2x Lite's. Also got hit by customs here in the Philippines for a little over $100. Really regretting that I didn't tell them to lower the declared costs. :) Other than that the Lite is great! Craftsmanship is excellent (this is my first kayfun).

Did anybody else get a refund over the 60 day period other than me? If not, has anybody else filed a formal dispute with their CC's? All i did was fill out a form, sent it to the dispute department, and waited for a little over 1 month.

That's a great article. Very similar to what I did to get my refund from my CC. I also provided screenshots of my order page, and emails with the scammer.... It took around 30days to get any feedback while CC was investigating, but result so far is good.
