Did you get a little instruction book ? I believe on Eleaf products has instruction s how to get into the program and hit reset. Another place would be the Eleaf web site under support Instruction book And find The answer.

My 350 is still holding up I put a Purple FireLuke. Tank on it no wear any place on the mod, hope it stays this way.

Yes it is very nice and People do need to know I have not heard one complaint about this tank and I have been playing with a lot of tanks the last 45 days and this one is the icing on the cake, a bonus the price is affordable under 30.00 you can't go wrong .

I know right, I was trying to help a person and I thought mine opened and I found out I was wrong that thing was not going to open without a battle. Both of us had tanks less than 30 days old, and my pink tank lost some paint that day.

I had a heck of a time getting mine undone I feel your pain. I did a thread with pictures trying to help another person we learned a lot.. And It is crazy that these brand new Tanks are doing this.....
