Yes. When you condense the vapor, you get pg & vg back (and likely nicotine, too, but I haven't tested for that.) Some flavorings and colorings don't vaporize at all and remain in the atty, leading to fouling and the need to clean or replace it.

Letting a mix rest allows time for the ingredients to fully disperse in the juice. A hot water bath makes this happen faster. For example, I have DIY juices that need to sit for a week before they're good, but if I use a hot water bath, they only need to sit for a couple of days.
