A very bad idea to have e-cig "approved as a medical device by FDA". This is the last thing we need...turning it over to the Big Pharma.

How will it solve the problem with FDA's hold on their shipment? Just curious.

Yes, this is what I understand. I am wanting the Judge to rule it a tobacco product. Ruling it a medical device would be a very bad news for us. Big Pharma will have a huge celebration. I think the Judge will do the correct thing. Fingers crossed.

A good docoment tho it's old. I wonder if they use it in court today?

Agreed, Julie. We got lucky to discover e-cigarettes and learned much more with help of e-cig forums. We're so much better for it. But what about thousands and thousands ... millions ... even of smokers out there who haven't heard of e-cigarette that will imporve their health and save their...

It'd be terrible for e-cigs to be regulated as NRT because it will belong to Big Pharma. This is exactly what Big Pharma is hoping for and why they've been paying $$$ to ASH, FDA, etc. for this e-cig market that they will steal from suppliers. I've seen some naysayers' posts here ... oh, well...

This confirms my belief that FDA is in bed with Big Pharma.
