What tiny screw are you referring too? If what you are talking about is at the top of the side just where it starts to round over, then there is no missing screw. That is the pin that holds the switch in place and it does not go all the way thru. Congrats on your score and here's to many, many...

Are you using the insulator with the ReadyXWick? You don't need to if you are. The easiest way that I have found to wrap a coil with the ReadyXWick is to slide a 18ga blunt tip needle thru it, wrap the coil, remove needle and insert wick into atomizer, then slide the needle or large paper clip...

Matt, it will depend on which top cap you currently have. Take a look at the inside of your cap. If it is ground out a little at the base of it then you will need the same size o-ring as the tank O-rings to use the Zen 2 top cap. If the one you have now is flush all the way thru then you'll be...

Wingnut, I switched the top cap on my older ZAP to the newer style top cap (same one as the Zen2's use) and I had to change the top o-ring to the same size as the tank o-ring. I'm not sure what size it is since I had some spares but it should be on the link that was posted.
