no and no, never dropped or flooded it. The power seems to come in and out with the blinking. All it does is come on and off, on and off. Every time I hold the button, I can hear the crackle of the cart go on and off.

I took my relatively new titan off the charger and all it does is blink. But not in the normal dead battery fashion, this blink is slow. Any ideas? I only got this battery a few weeks ago.

Vapor4Life :) the starter kit is about $65. and you still have to get carts and juices. Like Rosco said, you can't get the best for the cheapest. My first order was $140 but it was WELL worth every penny!
