Gday. As a soldier in the army, physical fitness is important. I was a smoker of 10 years on and off, and im 31 now, and when i hit 30 i noticed my stamina,fitness was suffering big time due to smoking. Since being on e-cigs for the past 2 weeks i feel SOOOO much better and dont lose my breath...
