I hear you can use a punch to force some aluminum back toward the original hole, and it should be enough to catch. A light touch is essential, aluminum is soft, which is why it strips so easily.

A wide rubber band works well for me to keep it in place, super easy to uncoil what you need, too.

The AW IMR's that are recommended on Robert's site (1600 mAH) are rated at 24 amps. At the time that recommendation was made, few, if any, reliable batteries could boast that high an amp rating. The VTC4/5s and LG HE2's are "relatively" new to the scene, but they do have a pretty good rating...

Overtightening the delrin cover screw at ALL, will strip the hole it goes in. You know you snug a screw into place, then give it a final "tweak" to make sure it's tight? Don't do that. at the first sign of any resistance stop. Good job on getting the REO back together, the fire button goes...

And, according to your measurements, how much do (or don't) the 6ml bottles hold? ETA: For anyone interested, the new bottles don't hold 5 liters, either ;)
