Invididual is correct you just have to fine the right resistance of the atty with the PV that you are using. I suggest that you get some low resistance atomizers.

Dont hesitate to get one, ive had a v1 around a year ago and its still kickin. Now i got a v2 mini and still very satisfied with both of them. Its just that the Mini has a smaller battery which gives you less battery life but it looks more awesome than the larger one.
