Just came back without any issue. I put everything in the checked bags, even the battery. I didn't empty the bottles when comming back. Not an issue at all.

Thanks for the input. I think I just leave him both the Joye 510 and the 4AA box for now. Let him decide. It is ture that the Joye require a lot of batt swaping. On the other hand, the box require more re-filling. It just burn the juice faster.

itchy: It is not hard at all. I actually get almost double the vapor. It doesn't lose any favor since i get only 1.25amp through both cartomizers. I just need to set the voltage higher for dual and lower voltage for single. It is now become my first choice when i vape at home.

I built a usb passthrough (passive based on Steelrat's definition) with a dual plugs usb cable. The cable has 2 usb plugs on one end. It should share the load of the passthrough. I haven't had any issue with the ports yet.
