I did not see the post above it it will strain in 18 650 and drain it in about 5 hours. i do use aw imrs which are high quality batts and would definitely not recommend it for someone who isn't

just flush it out with water using a needle as to your question i have never removed it

the wick should be wet at all times. if you turn the katana upside down while firing it should drip out juice after a few seconds

could be several reasons. a gap from the wick to the coil. make sure its tight but not to tight as to stop wicking. You want the coil as close to the wick as possible especially around the post's. Also if two spots are touching that could cause hot spots.

it is most definitely user error :) you'll get it the wire cant be to tight around the wick and cant be to loose. You should be able to saturate the wick and not see the coils start to light up until atleast 10 seconds maybe more. The wick is the most important part. Also you want to make sure...
