On rotating I mark mine even and odd. So on even number days when I recharge the even goes in first and same for odd number days. Takes out any guess work and over time should average out the same.

Ethyl Maltol is cotton candy flavor. Most use it as a sweetner at around 1%. I think if you use much more than that it can mute your other flavors.

Find some recipes you want to try before ordering flavor concentrates. Most people buy a bunch of concentrates then ask what can they make just to find they don't have all the ingredients. Good luck
