Unfortunately, I don't have any 510 cartos with end caps. I was using the egoT before my Go-Go and the only other hardware I have are plain carts without end caps. I was thinking that I could use an end cap from one of my ego tanks since it fits nicely over the syringe tip, but it's way too...- Curvychic

I wanted to try this tonight with my Go-Go carts to see if it would work, but my only luer-lock syringe tip is too small for the Go-Go cover. :( I will have to look for a syringe with a wider tip.- Curvychic

Maybe you could take a pair of needlenose pliers and gently pull the connector out some instead of shaving? I put on a carto yesterday that I got from a co-op China order and had a similar issue. I just grabbed my tweezers and pulled on the connector a little and Voila!!! Worked like a charm... -

Just attempted my first carto rebuild until the co-op order comes in. Was definitely frustrating, but now it works better than it was after using it about 10 times (only hot water and sonic wash in between).
