I had 1 that came apart on me. I had to screw it in so tight to get it to charge, that when I tried to unscrew it, it came apart and was toast. Good news is that Nhaler said to send it back. Bad news is that they are out of them. So I have no idea how long I will have to wait . So I am babying...

I have to agree with you, they should be answering your emails faster than that. That would give me reason to be concerned as well. That is NOT good customer service.

No question here is dumb, but the short answer is NO. Nothing but a GoGo carto fits on the GoGo, and as of yet there are no adapters.

It may have been a bad carto, it happens. I would clean it and try again with a dif juice, Like your Coconut Cream.
