Does anyone know how to make a jig for removing old cartos out of MAP tanks? They are really hard to get out and would love to make something to help pull them out. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the right form. Sorry if it is.but Anyways , I made USB passthrough. I get 5.14 volts when the button is pressed. Problem is when I put the atomizer on it drops to 1.37 volts. Any idea why this is happening, and how I can fix it?
