I'm one month vape free today. It only took me nearly three years to do so though... :rolleyes: Was it difficult? Yes... Was it as difficult as quitting analogs cold turkey? No... I never made beyond day four cold turkey.

Short answer: No... Nothing is 100% safe. Vaping = harm reduction. Nobody can assure complete safety.

I suppose it depends on your definition of "quit smoking". If quitting smoking equals the end of inhaling tar, smoke and the associated carcinogens, then vaping = quitting smoking. If quitting smoking equals ending the inhalation of anything other than "pure, unadulterated air" then vaping...

A must? Probably not, but ask yourself a question... Why would you spend that much money on a mod and then willfully use a substandard battery in order to save a few bucks? There's a reason Provape and others recommend the AW IMR. Not only does it work, it works extremely well.

I usually vape an unflavored PG/VG mix when drinking beer. I like to taste my beer. ;)
