Your best bet is to play dumb tourist. Just mumble something about how you are trying to quit smoking, NRT, medicine, how you got it from pharmacy aboard. It is unlikely they know it's an e-cig or that there is a law against it unless you start educating them yourself.
I don't think it should drop below 2.7 volts ever since most e-cigs have overdischarge protection. I suppose if the batteries are protected(have a little disc on negative pole) then the chip might be turning the battery off completelly because it goes below 2.7v. If voltage goes below say 3.7v...
It could be the battery. Just because charger shows it is fully charged does not mean it's not dead. When li-ion cells go out of old age or if there has been a manufacturing problem they charge to 4.2 volts but voltage will drop as soon as one tries to pull juice out of it. If you did get a bad...
Id say the costs should compaired against roll ups since most refill carts etc. Secondly, if you would have bought the cigs from net from the first place they would have been cheaper. So really what most have done is exchanged personal effort to drive the costs down. That is not to say that I...
m40x is known to have harder draw than most other e-cigs. There are two ways to take drags on e-cigs: direct lung inhale or mouth inhale and then inhaling. I'd say that if you are now doing direct lung inhale and find mouth inhale uncomfortable to do on your e-cig then it is quite possible that...
Step in to the shoes of other group and the first thing they want to know if you affiated with BT. Whops, actually turns out you only speak for e-cigs. You didn't really expect to be able to pick a name for your group that rings nice to your ears get away with it? You better get your story...
And what makes you think these people would have not acted regardless of whether they are CASAA members or not? In fact if people would have otherwise acted but don't now because they are tied to CASAA's inability to make decissions then don't you have counterproductive effect on people? What is...
Just to add that I tend to agree with ladyraj. Smokers get defensive and take a hike very easily if you start blasting with the killer stuff. ECF veterans should find something familiar in: "Why wouldn't you try something else for a change?" or "Nothing lost, all won."
Oh and if Webby is...
You imply empirical study here. It is unlike such a study ever gets done because it is much easier to look at ingredients of e-liquid and become more convinced. And by the time such study gets done most people have likely left this forum.
Fortunately research on similar fields also adds to...
There is no gas generated but air is gas. By atomization e-liquid turns into aerosol(or vapor) together with air. Atomization meaning e-liquid is break down into say 5um size droplets. There is no chemical reaction or anything else for that matter. In fact if one would capture the vapor and cool...
It says "The term tobacco includes all smoked and smokeless forms." in their policy statement. Lovely how vague that is. They forgot to mention that cigarettes should be banned as well.
You forgot that that computer is going to need some data about the world to make decissions. And since humans are needed to deliver data to the computer people will attempt to manipulate the input for their own interests. So lets suppose the computer wouldn't need humans to supply information...
From what I've understood its just a tube with filler in it and hole going throught in the middle. Air passing through the hole releases some of that liquid as kind of vapor but with particle size so small there is no visible vapor. I assume they should be better than Aeros and Nicorette inhaler...
