You are not alone, bdpf. Me and another person that I know have experienced the same lack of customer service at CanVape and experienced the same scenario as you have had, more than once. That's all I will say on the matter. But I have moved on to other vendors who care.
If you live close to the US border, it might be a good idea to get a pick up address in the US. I use Kinek and they have pick up areas in many places along the border. I use one in Michigan and get free shipping.
My MP is a heavy smoker, but I am afraid that he carries very little clout in his little seat of Chatham-Kent. But I was thinking, that the next time he is home that I will drop him off an ego kit and some joose to see if he is receptive to the idea.

I ordered an AGA-T+ yesterday too! I already have an Ody and a couple of DiD clones and put pyrex tanks on them. I was happy to see that the AGA-T+ comes with Pyrex tank. I'm off to PetSmart tomorrow to find some ceramic to make ceramic wicks.
Speaking of bad neighborhoods. Late one night, I got lost in Detroit and ended up in a not so nice neighbourhood. Police pulled me over to find out what was going on. I explained and he gave me the directions for the quickest route out and told me to ignore red lights if I could do it safely...
My iTaste MVP left Georgia on the 8th of December, then flew down to Miami Fl, then got caught in some headwind when it flew out of Miami on the 13th.
I received it today and it is still showing as flying in from Miami. It was worth the wait. :)
