As far as tobacco flavors for DIY go, I say this: Buy 'em all. Also look in to adding some Tobacco Absolute to your purchase. It's not a be-all-end-all, you need to add other tobacco flavors to fill it out, but a couple drops go a long way to add that tobacco bite to your mix.
