    Walt, could it be the techs are missing the instruction notes at the top of the order? We don't have the item by item instructions any more. I asked for all items on my order be changed from House Blend to 65PG/35VG and they seem to have missed the instruction on my order.

    Walt, what if I don't want to mix the whole bottle of base. Let's say I want to mix 15ml bottles and 30ml bottles of different flavors. I'm thinking for a 15ml bottle of base add a quarter of one flavor vial or for a 30ml bottle of base add 1/2 a flavor vial. Is my thinking right?

    I agree with MPage. The website clearly states unless you insure your package, you order at your own risk. In a perfect world all orders would arrive safely. I understand your frustation, I have had a shipment damaged that I had not insured. All my shipments since have been insured.
