    It wasn't a placebo effect, since I did it to myself. But I have moved from pretty high nicotine juice to 0 over the course of several months. I still vape the 0 nic. juice, but I no longer have any cravings.

    My wife quit cold turkey a little over 10 years ago (neither one of us had heard of e-cigs back then) and still wants one every now and then. I agree with the previous post - keep some high nic. juice around for bad days.
